RESORT POLICIES

 

  • Check-In: 03:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Late Check-Out: 02:00 PM
  • Late Check-out Fees: 20%
  • Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 02:00 PM) may result in a fee

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

  • Bookings are non-refundable, but rebookable. Rate differences will apply, only if the new date to be booked has a higher accommodation rate than the original booking date.
  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of your arrival date, are non-refundable and will incur a 10% cancellation fee (of your nett room rate).

 

NO-SHOW POLICIES

 

  • Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the expected check-in date and time shall not be refunded payment of the booking.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to release the booking if the guest does not arrive within the given timeframe without prior notice.
